ABOUT

My name is Elisa de la Peña and I make a difference in my community as a Project Engineer for Cordoba Corporation by supporting energy, transportation, and housing projects in Orange County and the Greater Los Angeles area. I am a native of Southern California, child of immigrants, and first generation college graduate working to take advantage of the opportunities I have been given and create new ones for the change-makers of tomorrow. As a civil engineering and transportation professional, I understand the link between long-term transit planning and equitable land use; smart transportation investment promoted in smart growth areas leads to better quality of life for everyone.

As a natural born go-getter, my passion for growth has continuously driven me to expand my knowledge, experience, and relationships. With a strong background and diverse skill set, I’m confident in the creative ideas and successful solutions I bring to the table.
